Each jewel is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. Once your order is complete, please allow 1–2 business days for preparation. You will then receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delivery times
We work with carefully selected shipping partners to ensure reliability and precision. Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy / Europe: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or external logistical factors beyond our control.

- Insured valuables courier, specialized service for valuable goods
The type of service depends on the order value:
- Orders up to €1,000 → customers may choose between express courier or insured valuables courier.
- Orders over €1,000 → shipped exclusively via insured valuables courier.

Shipping rates vary based on the destination and the selected courier service.
All available options and their corresponding costs are automatically displayed at checkout according to the delivery address provided.
Shipment tracking
You will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.
Customs duties and import taxes
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not controlled or applied by our company.
