Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you have been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

The gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to provide to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
