Today, we want to take you with us inside a special project, born from meeting a client who chose to entrust us with the creation of a unique piece of jewelry.
One of the most fascinating aspects of our work is precisely this: transforming an idea, a desire, into a creation that does not yet exist. Guiding you through the creative process means sharing what lies behind a handcrafted piece of jewelry, shaped by research, technique, and sensitivity.
For this project, we created an 18kt yellow gold necklace, entirely forged by hand. From the supporting structure to the mechanical system, every element was made in our workshop without using prefabricated components.
The true protagonists are the precious stones: a selection of Diamonds in different shapes and sizes that interact in a dynamic, luminous composition. Brilliant, oval, marquise, and pear cuts alternate to create harmonious movement.
The central pendant is adorned with a 1.07 ct pear-cut fancy yellow Diamond. The entire necklace has a total weight of almost 6 ct of Diamonds.
The creation consists of a rigid choker and a detachable pendant, designed to offer different ways to wear it. The pendant can also be worn separately with a classic chain, transforming the jewelry and adapting it to different occasions.
The architecture was shaped with bespoke precision, following the client’s proportions so that the jewelry would rest naturally on her décolleté. An approach reminiscent of a tailor’s work: observing, measuring, interpreting, and creating something that belongs solely to the person who will wear it. Every curve, inclination, and detail was studied so that the jewelry would find its exact place on the body.
The structure was built from small segments of yellow gold, shaped, cast, and assembled one by one. This technique gives the surface a refined irregularity, a distinctive sign of handcrafted work and the one-of-a-kind nature of the creation.
